About Your Doula
At Ancient, Present & Beyond, we honor the sacred passage of birth as a portal of transformation, empowerment, and deep ancestral wisdom. Kebrä Negesti is a certified Holistic Doula who brings presence, reverence, and skilled support to both hospital and home births. Since 2017, she has also served as a Lactation Consultant and Prenatal Educator, offering nurturing guidance grounded in evidence-based care and holistic practices. With a lifelong devotion to herbalism and natural wellness, Kebrä integrates plant wisdom, traditional healing, and embodied care into every aspect of her work. Her path has been shaped by decades of study and apprenticeship with honored traditional healers and shamans from Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, Uruguay, and Africa. Since 1998, she has been entrusted to carry forward the teachings and rituals of her lineage, leading Traditional Indigenous Ceremonies with humility and gratitude. A frequent speaker, workshop facilitator, and ceremonial guide, Kebrä shares her voice and knowledge at seminars and conferences devoted to sacred health and wellness. Ancient, Present & Beyond was born from this deep well of wisdom as a branch of KushEthics Inc., to uplift and empower expectant families on their holistic journey through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Rooted in ancient traditions and grounded in modern research, we walk beside each family with respect, passion, and wholehearted care. Kebrä, our lead practitioner, is devoted to ensuring every family she serves receives not only the support they need, but also the knowledge and courage to birth and parent with trust, power, and grace.
