Welcome to our Holistic Beginnings Package!

Our Holistic Beginnings Package include a personalized birth planning session,  phone and email support, on-call availability during your “due” window, virtual or in person birth support, and (1) one postpartum care visit. During the prenatal phase, our doulas work closely with you to create a birth plan that reflects your preferences and values, and provides you with evidence-based information on childbirth and newborn care. We offer support during labor and delivery, including comfort measures such as massage, breathing techniques, and position changes, to help you achieve a positive and empowering birth experience. Our doulas also provide postpartum care, including emotional support, breastfeeding assistance, and guidance on newborn care.

We understand that every labor and delivery is unique, and our doulas are trained in a variety of natural and holistic methods to support you throughout your birth experience. Our doulas have training in aromatherapy, acupressure, massage, and other natural pain management techniques to help you cope with the discomforts of childbirth. We also offer lactation support and assistance with baby-wearing and other postpartum challenges.
